100 Years Later...

On March 25, 1911, A Garment Factory in New York city had burst into flames killing 146 Garment workers. Most of which were women ages 16-23 that could not escape because their managers had locked the doors to the stairwells and exits. After the incident of sorts Unions started forming more rapidly before.
I find that this incident should be remembered just as a memory of why we have the guide lines we have and why we should follow them.

A Fictional Story on a Fictional Character

Once upon a time, in a world that is just like ours, and yet very different than our own. In the midst of world war, a brave family of pigeons decided to send their only child in a raft, into the sea, towards safety from the war. The child was found and taken in by a family of owls in a southern part of land that we refer to as "India".
Multiple years following, the pigeon slowly became new family to the owls. They had their fair share of stories that mentored the citizens of what they called "Owslovia". Books were published by their findings and their lessons to be learned but for some unfortunate reason the pigeon slowly became more and more dissatisfied with the situation. The pigeon had started reading scrolls from the Grand Owslovian Library about magical places far away that promised fortune and happiness in wealth. The pigeon researched scrolls and learned what he could from the nomads passing through. His final decision was to travel East for three days until he reached the sea. Then from there he would construct a wooden vessel to sail southwards for a happy land called "Indonesia". But on the day of the pigeons departure from the village, came an event he would never forget.
An excerpt from Pigeon's Diary;
"Dear Diary,
Today is a day, neither I or Jerangshall ever forget! Just as the teacher, Mr. Gonzly suspected, the hammer gang came into town this morning to collect unseen bank dues. They were outraged with the village's insignificant amount of Dollaras. They had set the village downtown into flames while taking owls young and old to the forest, where they'd either be murdered, or tied up and left to die. I snook out the village's sanctuary and that's where my friend Jeranghad stopped me. He had asked for where I was going, and I lied to him....I told him that I was going towards the Temples......"

The Pigeon had prepared a vessel of transportation prior to current events solely for the lone possibility he would need it in an emergency. The small guy was able to rig the vessel all by himself. The pigeon had set sail into the stormy sea....

To be continued....

I run my computer on the Linux Operating System. Linux for those of you that may not know is one of the three main operating systems right next to "Windows" and "Macintosh". I prefer Linux in particular due to the impossibility of obtaining a virus, easy access to free programs that could be costly for the other o.s.' and the ease of navigating around pages.
Final Line of what I'm suggesting is that if you ever have technological problems or just a problem in general feel free to email me at theboyscout96@hotmail.com.

The Purpose of a Blog and This Blog in Particular

A blog may not have a proper definition in your dictionary or it may have a Wikipedia Page. A blog is normally an Internet hot-spot for readers to read the publishers most recent thoughts or feelings that may/may not be relative to their own personal life or experience. Most of the time there is a article such as this one and whatever media links for music, videos, pictures, etc. that the publisher may include. This blog in particular at www.wordworker.blogspot.com is kind of a personal source for I can share with people that admire my thoughts and writing to read, and to experience seeing the world through the same set of interesting eyes as I do. I say thanks for visiting my page and hopefully this will be an experience to remember. If you ever want to send me something, send an email to theboyscout96@hotmail.com.

Thanks for reading and come again.
